Paver Savers performed a Efflorence Treatment, Surface Cleaning & Pressure Washing, Polymeric Sand Install and Natural Stone Sealer to my front and backyard pavers. I had a couple sections with stubborn efflorence that they were able to remove as shown below. I strongly recommend using them rather than trying to do it yourself, its worth the costs. They have professional equipment and personnel that know what they're doing. The owner Jon and foreman Gino were a pleasure to deal with.Posted on Google![]()

Paver Savers cleaned our pavers and restored the polymeric sand. All the unsightly moss and old sand were removed and replaced with a minimum of mess or cleanup. They came when they promised, and they completed the job quickly. The result is great; we have a beautifully clean and well detailed driveway. I would highly recommend them. John C. Paver Savers came highly recommended and rightfully so. Jon spoke with my wife and I and did not rush us off the phone. He agreed to a time and date convenient for us. He arrived when he said he would and we walked around the house. He made an accurate assessment of what was needed to be done and gave us a very fair quote. He answered all our questions and provided a detailed synopsis of all the work that was to be performed. He suggested sand colors which were totally in line with what matched our pavers and made it easy for our discerning eyes to choose a color. He also gave us the pros and cons of clear versus colored coatings, making it easy to choose. We only had to wait a few days for the work to commence, contingent on the weather. Jon explained that any rainy weather would not be conducive to a good result and he completed the cleaning and sand application on a beautiful rain-free day. The stones looked brand new! The clear coating was applied on the next rain-free day and the results were astounding! The clean and coated pavers make our property appearance renewed. We've already received compliments on how nice the property looks, thanks to a job well done!Posted on Google![]()

Jon and his team were a lifesaver for our patio. We were constantly getting weeds and ant hills through the cracks of our patio. Jons team was efficient and make the process quick for us. Once we booked Jon gave us his cell number and answered every question I had especially since we have a dog so we were nervous. He gave us all the tips and tricks to make it last longer and our pavers look brand new. Couldn’t thank him enough.Posted on Google![]()

John and his crew were professional , neat and clean. They made my pool pavers, steps and walkways look brand new at a very good price point, considering the work went into into a project like mine. They literally saved my pavers, true to their name. John was honest and fair and most importantly truthful. Everything he told me I was in for happened just as he explained it up front. No surprises. No upselling. Stuck to his estimate and was there when he said he would be. Easy to communicate and schedule with. Great job and a stress free experience.Posted on Google![]()

I highly recommend Long Island Paver Savers. Jon was a pleasure to work with and delivered on all aspects of the job. The crew was neat, efficient and very professional. Pavers are such a nice embellishment to a home but if they are soiled and lack their original luster it’s nothing but an eyesore. This was well worth the investment and I am extremely satisfied with the final result. Once again I highly recommend this company and you won’t be disappointed!Posted on Google![]()

Professional Paver Cleaning Bridgehampton NY
There’s a reason Bridgehampton properties look the way they do the details matter here. But salt air off the Atlantic doesn’t care how much you spent on your paver driveway or travertine pool deck. It keeps working on those surfaces every single day, pushing moisture into the joints, feeding algae growth, and accelerating the kind of fading and staining that makes even a well-built hardscape look neglected.
After a professional cleaning and sealing, the difference is immediate. Colors come back. Staining clears. Weeds stop finding their way through the joints. The sealer that goes down afterward locks that progress in protecting the surface from the freeze-thaw cycles that hit the South Fork every winter.
For a lot of Bridgehampton homeowners, the bigger surprise is how long they’d been putting this off. Whether you’re here year-round or opening the house up for the season, clean and well-maintained pavers change the entire feel of the property and they tell anyone who walks onto the grounds that this place is taken care of.
Paver Cleaning Services Long Island
We are a family-owned, fully licensed and insured paver cleaning, sealing, and restoration company based in West Babylon, NY. Our team has nearly 50 years of combined experience working on Long Island hardscapes concrete, brick, and natural stone for both residential and commercial clients across Nassau and Suffolk counties.
That experience matters on the South Fork. Bridgehampton’s coastal exposure, sandy loam soil, and the freeze-thaw cycles that roll through every winter create conditions that are genuinely harder on pavers than what you’d find further inland. We’ve worked in these conditions long enough to know what holds up and what doesn’t and we bring that knowledge to every job, whether it’s a driveway off Montauk Highway or a natural stone patio on an oceanside estate.
Customers who’ve had the work done here consistently mention the same things: clear communication from start to finish, technicians who treat the property with care, and results that hold up over time. That track record is what keeps them coming back and what keeps them recommending us to neighbors.
Paver Restoration Bridgehampton NY
Every job starts with a thorough assessment of the paver surface what material it is, what condition it’s in, and what it actually needs. Not every surface needs the same approach. A travertine pool deck in Bridgehampton requires a fundamentally different cleaning method and sealer chemistry than a concrete paver driveway. Using the wrong pressure or the wrong product on natural stone causes permanent damage, so getting this step right matters.
From there, the cleaning phase uses commercial-grade hot water systems not consumer pressure washers. Hot water cuts through the oil, algae, mold, and salt deposits that cold water simply can’t remove, especially on surfaces that have gone a few seasons without attention. Any efflorescence the white mineral deposits that appear on pavers exposed to moisture gets treated and neutralized before anything else goes down. Sealing over efflorescence locks it in permanently, so this step isn’t optional.
Once the surface is clean and fully dry, polymeric sand is reinstalled in the joints where needed. This matters especially in Bridgehampton, where the sandy loam soil drains so efficiently that regular joint sand washes out quickly after heavy rain. Polymeric sand hardens when activated and can hold for years. After that, the sealer goes down and your pavers are protected through whatever the next season brings.

Brick Paver Cleaning and Sealing Bridgehampton
We work across the full range of paver materials you’ll find on Bridgehampton properties concrete pavers, brick pavers, and natural stone including travertine, bluestone, marble, limestone, granite, and sandstone. Each material gets a tailored approach. The sealer that works well on a concrete driveway isn’t the right choice for a bluestone patio, and the pressure setting that cleans brick effectively can etch softer stone. That specificity is what separates a professional result from a repair bill.
Our services include paver cleaning, paver sealing, paver restoration, paver repair, polymeric sand installation, and efflorescence treatment. For properties where pavers have shifted, sunk, or cracked which happens regularly in Bridgehampton’s sandy substrate leveling and re-laying is part of the restoration scope. If the foundation is sound, full replacement is rarely necessary, and restoration at a fraction of that cost is almost always the right call.
Given that the majority of Bridgehampton properties are seasonal, we schedule around your timeline. Work can be coordinated with an estate manager or property contact without requiring the homeowner to be on-site. We handle logistics including moving patio furniture and protecting surrounding plantings and leave the property clean. We are fully licensed and insured in accordance with New York’s construction regulations, which is the baseline expectation for any contractor working on a high-value property here.
How does Bridgehampton's salt air actually affect paver surfaces over time?
Salt air is one of the more underestimated factors in paver degradation, especially for properties south of Montauk Highway where Atlantic exposure is direct. What it does is penetrate the surface of unsealed pavers particularly concrete and natural stone and accelerate the breakdown of the material from the inside out. You’ll often see this show up as efflorescence first: white mineral deposits that appear on the surface as moisture moves through the paver and evaporates. Over time, that same moisture cycle weakens the joint sand, feeds algae and mold growth, and causes surface discoloration that gets harder to reverse the longer it sits.
The practical answer is that Bridgehampton pavers need to be cleaned and resealed on a consistent schedule generally every two to three years to stay ahead of this. Properties that skip a few cycles often end up needing more intensive restoration work rather than a straightforward clean and reseal. If you’re noticing staining, white deposits, or algae growth, those are signs the sealer has worn through and the surface is exposed. Getting ahead of it now is significantly less involved than waiting until the damage compounds.
My Bridgehampton pavers keep getting weeds in the joints what actually fixes that?
Standard joint sand is the culprit in most cases. Regular sand washes out relatively quickly and in Bridgehampton specifically, the sandy loam soil that drains so efficiently under your paver base accelerates that process. Once the joints are depleted, weed seeds find their way in, roots push down, and the problem compounds season after season. Pulling weeds or spraying herbicide addresses the symptom but not the cause.
The actual fix is polymeric sand. It’s a jointing material that, once activated with water, hardens and locks the joints. It resists weed infiltration, holds up through heavy rain, and when professionally installed, can last up to ten years. It also resists ant tunneling, which is a separate issue that destabilizes joints over time. The installation process involves removing the existing sand, cleaning the joints thoroughly, and applying the polymeric sand correctly before activation done wrong, it can cure unevenly or cause surface haze. When it’s done right, it’s one of the most effective long-term improvements you can make to a paver surface.
Can damaged or stained pavers really be restored, or do they need to be replaced?
In most cases, restoration is the right answer and the cost difference is substantial. Full paver replacement on Long Island runs anywhere from $8,000 to $12,000 or more for a standard installation, and considerably higher for the premium natural stone hardscaping common on Bridgehampton estates. Professional cleaning and restoration costs a fraction of that and, when the foundation is structurally sound, produces results that are genuinely hard to distinguish from new.
The key question is whether the base is still intact. If pavers have shifted, sunk, or cracked because the foundation has failed, that’s a different conversation. But if the issue is surface staining, fading, efflorescence, weed infiltration, or deteriorated joint sand all of which are extremely common on Bridgehampton properties that have gone a few seasons without maintenance restoration handles all of it. The process includes deep cleaning, efflorescence treatment, re-leveling any shifted pavers, polymeric sand installation, and sealing. The result is a surface that looks the way it should and is protected going forward.
How often should paver sealing be done on a seasonal Hamptons property?
The general recommendation is every two to three years, but the honest answer for a Bridgehampton property is that you’re better off staying closer to the two-year mark. The combination of coastal salt air, direct sun exposure, and the freeze-thaw cycles that come through the South Fork every winter puts more stress on a sealer than what pavers face in a more sheltered inland location. A sealer that might hold comfortably for three years in central Suffolk County may show wear in two here.
For seasonal properties, the timing that works best is early spring before Memorial Day if possible. That gives you a freshly cleaned and sealed surface for the entire summer season, and it means any winter damage from freeze-thaw cycling or salt exposure gets addressed before it has time to compound. If your property has been closed for the winter without anyone checking on the pavers, spring is also when you’re most likely to find joint erosion, efflorescence, or surface staining that needs attention before guests arrive.
What's the difference between paver cleaning and paver restoration which one do I need?
Paver cleaning is the maintenance step removing dirt, algae, staining, and surface buildup from pavers that are in reasonable condition. It’s what you do on a regular schedule to keep things looking good and to prep the surface before resealing. Paver restoration is a more involved process for surfaces that have deteriorated beyond routine maintenance: significant staining, widespread efflorescence, shifted or sunken pavers, severely eroded joints, or surfaces that haven’t been serviced in many years.
The distinction matters because the scope of work and the result is different. A cleaning job prepares a surface. A restoration job rebuilds it. For a lot of Bridgehampton properties that have been seasonal for years without consistent maintenance, restoration is the starting point. Once the surface is restored and properly sealed, you shift into a regular cleaning and resealing cycle to maintain it going forward. The good news is that even pavers in rough shape can usually be brought back without replacement the assessment at the beginning of the job is what determines which approach your specific surface actually needs.
Do I need to be at the Bridgehampton property when the work is done?
No, and for most Bridgehampton clients, that’s actually the norm. A large portion of properties here are seasonal or managed by estate managers on behalf of owners who are primarily based in New York City or elsewhere. We work regularly in this kind of arrangement coordinating directly with a property manager or designated contact, completing the job without requiring the homeowner to be present, and communicating clearly before and after the work is done.
What that looks like in practice: you’ll know the scheduled date, what the job covers, and what to expect when it’s complete. We handle the logistics on-site moving patio furniture, protecting surrounding plantings, and leaving the property clean. After the job, you’ll have a clear picture of what was done and any follow-up recommendations. For owners who are managing a Bridgehampton property remotely and want the work handled reliably without having to fly out for it, that level of communication and accountability is exactly what makes the difference between a contractor you use once and one you call back every couple of years.
